At the end of your flower course, you will receive a certificate of completion from September Flower School. To achieve a certificate of attendance, you must attend at least 80% of the course. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Yes. SFS ONLINE is explicitly designed to provide inspirational videos and classes to students within and beyond Canada.
The online classes have been created to encourage a new generation of florists to develop their creative vision and challenge traditional notions of floristry. Our team shares their personal journey, knowledge, and creativity through a series of classes and demonstrations, which we hope will inspire you to think differently about the discipline. Yes. A gift voucher is a perfect present for any flower lover. You can buy gift vouchers from our Shop. All gift vouchers are redeemable against any September Flower School course or workshop.
If you need to cancel your flower course, please get in touch with us immediately. Courses cancelled one month before the course start date will be entitled to a full refund, less the required deposit fee for the course purchased. Courses cancelled less than a month before the start date are not entitled to a refund. However, you may be able to use the course fee as a credit towards a future course. This will be dependent on availability and subject to our discretion.
If you cannot attend a course that has already been booked, you may be able to defer to another date 15 days before the course starts, subject to availability, and at our discretion.
We do not typically hold one to one floristry tuition, but we would be happy to discuss your requirements to see if we can accommodate your needs. Send us an email, and let’s discuss!
Yes. With advance notice, September Flower School is able to provide flowers for events in and around Toronto. We mainly corporate with business instead of individual events, but we would be happy to discuss your requirements to see if we can accommodate your needs.
If you wish to hold a team-building workshop or special event, we are happy to devise a course specifically for your group.Please email us your requirements to see if we can accommodate your needs.
We do not have a flower shop.
We do not deliver flowers as personal gifts, but we will deliver flowers for installations and corporate events.
All materials and equipment will be provided on the day.
There is a break for lunch for approximately 1.5 hour, and there are numerous cafes and restaurants in the nearby vicinity. Lunch is not provided by September Flower School.
Wear whatever you feel most at ease in. Comfortable shoes are recommended, as you will be on your feet for much of the day. You will be provided with an apron to protect your clothes for the practical sessions.
Students are allowed to take photographs of their own work, but we kindly request that the floristry classes are not recorded. Please ask permission of other students before taking photographs of their work.
